- REMINDER: SPACE FOR THIS CONFERENCE IS LIMITED. EARLY REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED.
- If not filled to capacity, registration deadline is Monday, March 22, 2010.
- Cancellation fee: $10 for individual registration & $5 for Student/Daughter registration.
- Cancellation deadline is March 17.
- If registering mother & daughter, each registration must be done separately.
- Conference fees include plenary session speaker, workshop speakers, notebook, continental breakfast, boxed lunch, and snacks. For any dietary restrictions please contact us.
