- If not filled to capacity, registration deadline is Monday, February 25, 2013.
- Cancellation fee: $15 for individual registration & $10 for Student/Daughter registration.
- Cancellation deadline is February 25th.
- If registering mother & daughter, each registration must be done separately, & with separate email addresses.
- Conference fees include plenary session speaker, workshop speakers, notebook, boxed lunch, and snacks.
