Women4Truth was established in 2010 when founder/director Beth Hancock and a group of like-minded women from a variety of Gospel-centered churches had a vision for an annual, local, Biblical Discipleship and Equipping conference for woman of all ages and stages.
Since then, we have had the privilege of hosting seven conferences with plenary sessions speakers, and up to fifteen break-out sessions – including tracks designed specifically for teens and single women.
Our plenary session speakers have included Elyse Fitzpatrick, Susan Hunt, Carolyn McCulley, Elizabeth Inrig, and Barbara Duguid. In 2016, a partnership with Beth’s home church, Grace Community Tempe, – enabled us to bring Jen Wilkin to the valley.
In addition to our mission statement on our home page, the Women4Truth team holds firm to this statement:
“Christianity is not a series of truths in the plural, but rather truth spelled with a capital “T”. Truth about total reality, not just about religious things.
Biblical Christianity is Truth concerning total reality – and the intellectual holding of that total Truth and then living in the light of that Truth”.
Francis Schaeffer – Address at University of Notre Dame – 1981
